Barry leads the Pivale team to deliver quality over time. He has a background in helping organisations maximise opportunities through their use of technology for over 15 years. He loves to investigate business challenges and devise well-matched solutions. Barry is a signatory of the Agile Manifesto and trains people how to deliver value continuously in fast-changing environments. His technical expertise spans a variety of open-source technologies. He can sometimes be found listening to eclectic music, practising piano, or working on open-source projects.

Darren Fisher - Designer & Developer

Digital Designer & Frontend Developer

Darren is our digital designer and frontend developer, although he also works as a digital transformation consultant and as a backend developer as well. He handles the majority of our website and multisite projects from start to finish. Darren's background is in print design and he has a knack for translating static designs into organic, responsive websites and custom software through bespoke design systems. Darren's passions outside of work include skateboarding, board games, hip-hop, screenwriting and craft beer in no particular order!

Daniel Johnson - Drupal Developer

Daniel is an expert backend developer with a keen focus on end-to-end testing, attention to detail and bug hunting & fixing. He works on our more complex solutions that require the attention to detail Daniel can deliver over multiple months of development. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to the team as a fully qualified computer scientist with a first class degree with a year at VU Amsterdam. Daniel's passions outside of work include photography, cooking, cinema, video games, board games and cruising around on his motorbike!

Adam is our business development manager who is looking to reach out to our prospects to develop new relationships and business opportunities within the market. His background is very diverse but over the last few years he has developed skills in UX design and always persists on the goal of making users the heart of the project, whether it be business or design. Outside of work you can see Adam in the gym or on a mountain bike, downtime consists of geeking out on Marvel with a very large pizza or sipping a whisky on a sandy beach in Greece - he wishes!

Jules is something of a converted technophobe but her patience with technology remains pretty low. As such, she is a good advocate for ensuring our clients' websites, custom software and applications are intuitive. She has an eye for detail and makes sure we develop websites as clearly as possible for end users and site managers. When Jules isn't fighting off modern technology, she is a dance teacher, singer/songwriter, author and enjoys growing organic fruit and vegetables.

Pri is a frontend developer known for her exceptional attention to detail. She ventured into web development, specialising in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using modern javascript frameworks. Pri comes from the healthcare sector and has solid experience working with different cultures. Her positive mindset and effective communication abilities seamlessly translate into her work, ensuring that her designs prioritise user experience and accessibility. Outside work, Pri enjoys the tranquillity of nature walks, baking and spending quality time with family and friends.
