Do you offer 24/7 website security and monitoring?

Yes. Our systems provide continuous automated monitoring and real-time alerts around the clock. Depending on your support tier, you can scale up to human-staffed technical response 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Remediation usually takes place within UK business hours at a minimum. Critical outages and issues are always prioritised. 

What happens if an issue is detected overnight?

Our automated alerting and monitoring systems ensure critical issues are flagged within one minute. For clients on higher-level support programmes, emergency escalation procedures are included. We partner with managed service providers (such as Platform.sh) who offer round the clock SLAs.

How frequently are patches and updates applied?

We run regular patching cycles for all security updates, with priority response for critical vulnerabilities. Patching schedules are adapted to each client’s needs and platform type. Usually this happens on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Newly reported vulnerabilities with high criticality are prioritised over all others. With Drupal these occurrences are very rare. Pivale's team stay alert to all CVEs and security related issues from various channels.

How do you ensure website performance and uptime?
