Cut to the quote.
CUTcnc's sales team spent whole working days on the phone answering questions the website should have answered. A new Drupal site with a four-route quotation form brought orders in and freed the team for outbound sales.

- back for outbound sales, from a team that used to spend whole days answering questions by phone
A sales team stuck on the phone.
CUTcnc's old website didn't answer buyers' basic questions or guide them into a project, so the sales team spent whole working days on the phone as a live FAQ.
CUTcnc ran a high-quality CNC routing service for artisans, international airports and film studios. They had a small team, and they needed new business to keep their new machines running.
The old site also hid CUTcnc's best work. Recognisable brands and one of the world's largest film studios worked with CUTcnc, and visitors had no way to see it.

“Having developed some very high profile websites myself in the past, I had high expectations for the new CUTcnc website. Pivale met and exceeded those expectations, both in their approach to the work and the finished article. It was a pleasure to work with such an organised and responsive team.”
