Drainfast wanted to grow online and win new, larger trade accounts. A Drupal Commerce store built around their own customised ERP has brought the drainage supplier 3,000+ new customers, 1,000+ of them trade accounts, with more profit and a bigger market share.

Ready to grow online.
Drainfast wanted to automate and grow their online sales and win new, larger trade accounts, with a store that worked directly with their own customised ERP.
Drainfast supplies drainage products to trade customers and runs their own customised ERP system. Their new store had to work with that ERP, show personalised customer pricing and connect to their product information system (PIM).
Drainfast's team worked through multiple discovery workshops with Pivale and settled on a bespoke Drupal Commerce build. The site also had to sell Drainfast's brand and teach customers about their products.
Drainfast's ERP had no ready-made connection for orders, customer pricing or delivery charges. Pivale built those connections inside the ERP with the ERP's own tools, and tested them in its sandbox before anything touched live data.
Ordering tools built for trade buyers.

“I've worked with Pivale on several occasions over the years, designing and building websites. They are a fantastic Drupal agency, especially when you require complex functionality, integrations or ecommerce solutions.”
