## The challenge: A new product, an unknown name.

ORBPAK replaces the disposable 6V lantern batteries used in temporary lighting. As a new brand, their website had to win the trust of buyers who had never heard of them.

These batteries keep lights working where reliable lighting matters, often during night-time work where disruption to the public and businesses must be kept low. Buyers needed answers before they would switch: what ORBPAK is, why to move away from disposable batteries, how much money and waste they could save, and whether it is reliable in demanding conditions.
