Milestone Creative's client RWC needed websites built on their chosen platform, so the design agency brought in Pivale to build them. From 2018 to 2026 the partnership delivered RWC's shareholder site, a multisite for their EMEA brands and a John Guest competitions platform whose first campaign returned 9x ROI.

The solution: Pivale became Milestone's development partner, building their client's shareholder site, EMEA multisite and competitions platform. The outcome: A first competition campaign that returned 9x ROI, and a partnership that ran from 2018 to 2026.

## The challenge: Design meets development.

RWC had chosen one platform for their websites. Milestone Creative needed developers who knew it to bring their creative vision for RWC to life.

Milestone Creative was a design agency in Buckinghamshire, England, who designed brands and marketing campaigns. RWC, who owns the John Guest brand, was one of their clients.

Milestone brought in Pivale as their development partner in October 2018. Milestone supplied the creative flair, brand assets and photography, and Pivale the development, with open communication between the two agencies on each project. The partnership ran until Pivale's work for RWC ended in June 2026, and Milestone closed in July 2026.

## What we built: Projects that grew with RWC.

### Shareholder website

The partnership began with a corporate site for RWC's shareholder communications, launched in January 2020, which later grew into an investor relations and communications portal.

### An EMEA multisite

A multisite project brought RWC's EMEA brands together on one platform: John Guest launched in March 2022, Reliance Valves in June and SharkBite in July.

### A competitions platform

Milestone and Pivale built a competitions platform for RWC's John Guest brand, launched in January 2023. Its first campaign returned 9x ROI.
