# Work: Pivale case studies

- [Virtus Health: Twelve sites, one family](https://www.pivale.co/work/virtus-health/): Virtus Health ran separate websites for fertility clinics in Europe, Australia and Singapore, each built and hosted its own way. Moving them onto one Drupal multisite platform gave the group 12 consistent websites, and the first seven cost half as much as building them separately.
- [M&S: Not just any supplier platform](https://www.pivale.co/work/marks-and-spencer/): M&S Food Technical Centre needed a new system to replace their older one and manage their work with suppliers and auditors. M&S Connect brought documents, audits, benchmarking and reporting into one platform, and M&S extended it for nearly ten years.
- [Drainfast: Orders that flow to the ERP](https://www.pivale.co/work/drainfast/): Drainfast wanted to grow online and win new, larger trade accounts. A Drupal Commerce store built around their own customised ERP has brought the drainage supplier 3,000+ new customers, 1,000+ of them trade accounts, with more profit and a bigger market share.
- [In-Space Missions: Mission control in a browser](https://www.pivale.co/work/in-space-missions/): In-Space Missions needed software that let customers control their satellites, and no existing system fitted their business rules. Its customer data portal went live before the Faraday-1 satellite launched.
- [Phoenix Arts: Box office on autopilot](https://www.pivale.co/work/phoenix-arts/): Phoenix Arts needed one website for all their venues under a new name, in a Hampshire town going through major regeneration. Its new Drupal site pulls events from TicketSource and made event management 600% faster.
- [Adelco: Hot off the press in nine weeks](https://www.pivale.co/work/adelco/): Adelco asked for a facelift. Its customers and distributors needed much more, so Adelco got a new Drupal website in nine weeks, and traffic rose 374% on the previous month.
- [Milestone Creative: A milestone partnership](https://www.pivale.co/work/milestone-creative/): Milestone Creative's client RWC needed websites built on their chosen platform, so the design agency brought in Pivale to build them. From 2018 to 2026 the partnership delivered RWC's shareholder site, a multisite for their EMEA brands and a John Guest competitions platform whose first campaign returned 9x ROI.
- [Telaugos Solutions: Brought into sharp focus](https://www.pivale.co/work/telaugos-solutions/): Telaugos Solutions had a dated website that lacked flexibility and didn't work well on mobile. On a limited budget, it got a Drupal website it controls, with faster pages, better SEO and Google Analytics for the first time.
- [Powercomm Group: High voltage, tight budget](https://www.pivale.co/work/powercomm/): Powercomm's WordPress site was slow and hard to manage, and a full custom build was beyond their budget. DayOne Digital™ gave it a mobile-first Drupal website on a fast turnaround, with zero compromise on quality.
- [Datum: A tour de force](https://www.pivale.co/work/datum/): Datum needed more traffic and had little view of how visitors moved towards a sale. Its new Drupal site gives its two main audiences their own landing pages, which brought a boost in traffic, interaction and conversion.
- [CUTcnc: Cut to the quote](https://www.pivale.co/work/cut-cnc/): CUTcnc's sales team spent whole working days on the phone answering questions the website should have answered. A new Drupal site with a four-route quotation form brought orders in and freed the team for outbound sales.
- [ANS Global: Plant once, grow everywhere](https://www.pivale.co/work/ans-global/): ANS Global's case studies link to locations, applications, products and technical articles. Its new Drupal site lets editors publish a case study once and see it on the pages it relates to.
- [Argus: Fertile ground for trade](https://www.pivale.co/work/argus/): Argus Media wanted companies in the African fertiliser industry to find each other and trade. Their new Drupal directory lets each organisation manage their own profile, and Argus admins approve new entries.
- [Royal Collection Trust: The royal treatment](https://www.pivale.co/work/royal-collection-trust/): Royal Collection Trust looks after the largest private art collection in the world. Its custom Drupal website, launched in March 2012, lets visitors browse and filter more than 300,000 items from the collection and lets the Trust's team manage the content themselves.
- [Traffi: A safe pair of hands](https://www.pivale.co/work/traffi/): Traffi had turned their focus to distributors, and their website wasn't built for phones and tablets. Its responsive Drupal rebuild raised traffic 320% year on year, with mobile traffic up 200%.
- [RWC: Everything flows from one platform](https://www.pivale.co/work/rwc/): RWC, a multinational maker of water flow and control products, had grown by acquisition into a sprawl of brand websites on different systems. Pivale brought them onto one multisite platform: 45 websites became 6 domains, and hosting costs fell by 80%.
- [RWC: Shareholder news on tap](https://www.pivale.co/work/rwc-investor-relations/): RWC's corporate website was where shareholders found results, reports and the share price. Pivale built it with design agency Milestone Creative, and it grew from a shareholder site into RWC's investor relations and communications portal.
- [Virtus Health: Healthy investor relations](https://www.pivale.co/work/virtus-health-investor-relations/): While Virtus Health was a listed company, their global corporate site served investors as well as patients. Pivale built it on the same Drupal multisite as the group's clinic websites, as one of seven sites delivered for half the cost of building them separately.
- [ORBPAK: Fully charged from launch](https://www.pivale.co/work/orbpak/): Entrepreneur Paul launched ORBPAK, a rechargeable replacement for disposable 6V lantern batteries, and needed a website that explained the product, supported sales conversations and won new business. A lightweight Astro site on Cloudflare went live fast and scores 100 in every Lighthouse category.
- [Virtus Specialist Day Hospitals: A clean bill of health](https://www.pivale.co/work/virtus-specialist-day-hospitals/): Virtus ran six separate websites for their specialist day hospitals, so every change and security update had to be made six times. Pivale brought them onto one secure Drupal website on a new domain, with a design system the wider Virtus group can reuse.
